The World of Vinegars: A Cookery Show with a Local Producer

This course is unique in the Algarve and offered exclusively for Algarve Food Experience.

The Class can take place all year round at Gato Preto de Silves, a charming country house in Silves and is run by the producer of some of the most innovative artisanal vinegars in Portugal. 

After a brief introduction on the Orleans method by which these special vinegars are produced in the Algarve, through their use to prepare distinctive fish marinades, amazing ceviche and desserts with a unique flavour. At the end of this 2 hours class, you will enjoy the food you prepared together with the Chef/Producer after the cooking class in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the countryside. Special cocktails are prepared with vinegars and fresh herbs picked at the moment.
