The world of Vinegars - a Cookery Class with a local producer

This course is unique in the Algarve and offered exclusively for Algarve Food Experience.

The Class can take place all year round at your private house or in a beautiful country house in Silves and is run by the producer of some of the most innovative artesanal vinegars in Portugal. 

After a brief introduction on the Orleans method by which these special vinegars are produced in the Algarve, through their use to prepare distinctive fish marinades, amazing cocktails and desserts with a unique flavour. At the end of this 2 hours class, you will enjoy the food you prepared together with the Chef/Producer after the cooking class in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the countryside.
