The emphasis of this fun, relaxed, hands-on class is on learning to choose the best fish at the market, and to bring out its best using the barbecue. Our Grill Master  will teach you his meticulous low and slow process for mouth-watering dishes. The day starts at 10am at Portimão/Armação de Pêra Fish Market where you will buy the ingredients for the class together with the Chef. After the shopping, you will move to the Gato Preto de Silves, a charming rural retreat located in the beautiful countryside of Silves to take the class and enjoy the meal together with the chef and Gloria, experience creator of Algarve Food experience. Premium Algarvian wines are served to pair with the food.
