Grill Master José will teach you his meticulous low and slow process for mouth-watering dishes. The day starts at 10am at Portimão Fish Market where you will buy the ingredients for the class together with the Chef. After the shopping, you will move to a wonderful location near Silves to take the class and enjoy the meal together with the chef and Algarve Food Experience founder Gloria Dall'Orto.
