To ensure proper preparation and coordination with the venue, a minimum notice of 5 days is required for all bookings and voucher redemptions.

This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Photocopies or altered vouchers will not be accepted.

Please note that the experience may need to be rescheduled in case of:

• adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat)

• agricultural or estate-related restrictions

• force majeure events

If rescheduling becomes necessary, alternative dates will be proposed. If the recipient cannot attend the alternative dates, the voucher may be used for another AFE experience of equal value.
